Công Thức – Recipe
Nguyên Liệu – Ingredients

Tinh bột gạo / Bột gạo – 150g rice starch or rice flour
Bột năng – 100g tapioca starch
Cơm rượu – 100g Homemade brewed rice wine
Đường – 100g sugar
Nước cốt dừa – 120g coconut milk
Nước dừa tươi / nước lạnh – 250g coconut water or drink water
(150g for flour mixture, 100g for sugar mixture)

Direction notes:
Proof with instant pot, yogurt, LESS, 8hours. Or any place 86-92°F (30-34°C). The lower temperature the longer time to proof.
Second proof, 2 hours.
Pan fry, med-low heat, then low, 10 minutes.
