Today I go over how to collect files in Premiere Pro. This will allow you to easily share these files with other people, or to move the project to another computer and to still have it work. It is also a great way to organize your footage.

very good video, this is exactly what I needed, thanks!
Thanks alot
When I do the collection on Premiere Pro I see my video, prproj, audio and video previews along with the Media Cache. What I don't see are all my video files that I use for my project. Where are the bins?
I use premiere pro for so long that i regret missing this part. i knew this software could be capable of doing it but never searched or had a need until now. Since i have to send the files to another friend to do some warp stabilization since i have a low-end laptop right now and my PC isn't in good shape… this really helped!
I have NEVER been able to get this fuction to work. In many different projects and different versions of premiere it has always given me error messages
In Short .. Thanks Buddy🙂🙂
can you send it through drop box/ we transfer etc
Amazingly concise and totally on point. Love it.

enta gamed neek. great video
This is great thanks. For me, though, it Premier Pro does not create a folder structure to match the bins, it just places media in the created folder – so it needs organising again!
thank you
Very cool option, BUT (!!!) it collects all the file to one fcing folder. So if you heave a real projects with VFX, SFX and 200-300+ files it will be a total mess on HDD. Why no one explaning this?
When you do the same trick in Adobe AE it saves all filles with a structure and folders. And Pr is just throung all stuff in one place. How to fix this? Any ideas?
Thank you!
Thanks bro.
Nice video. I needed help on this fast 💨
Thumbs up for sharing
This is sooooo useful! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! This still works perfectly in Premier 2020
Thank you so much
Goat alert
I spent an hour chatting with someone from Adobe customer support, trying to sort this out and go ahead to color correction for my movie. They couldn't find the way so suggested me to do this manually, which would take me forever. Right after finishing the chat, I jumped into tutorial research on youtube and found this video. Brilliant. Thanks, so much!!!

Thank you
This is super helpful and right to the point! AWESOME!
What if you have dynamically linked after effect compositions as your clips? It isn't saving the files within after effects for me. Can someone help?
Thank you!
